HOW DOES IT WORK?
We match the tenant to the property, the tenant pays the damage deposit and 1 month's rent in advance to REACTIVE PROPERTY.
We lodge the deposit with a National Deposit Scheme and the tenant is charged a very small administration fee of £65 to cover contract and inventories costs.
Rent is paid to the landlord less commision fee of 10% and that's it!
The rental revenue is paid by standing order to us and from our account into the landlords account monthly.
